Shipping and Payment Information
To ensure you receive your report, please complete the following steps:
1. Payment: Ensure that payment has been made in full and successfully processed.
2. Information Submission: Provide all necessary information on the checkout form to allow us to focus on your question, draw the cards, and create the report specifically for you.
3. Your report will be sent to you by email.
Please check that you have provided the correct email address when you provide your question and personal information.
Your report will be delivered as a PDF file attachment to the email.
If the report is not in your 'inbox' at the end of the 2-3 working days (see below), please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
Business (working) hours:
Unless otherwise stated, the time zone is ‘London | United Kingdom’.
Unless otherwise stated, the business/working hours will be either:
GMT/UTC or,
BST (Daylight saving - British Summer Time GMT+1).
We observe all UK public holidays and, may also close for personal time away (PTA).
UK public holidays and PTA are outside of (not included in) our working hours.
All planned closures will be posted on www.llbv.co.uk.

Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Saturday - Sunday 9am -12pm
Delivery Timeframe:
• Reports are typically emailed within 2-3 full working days from the time we receive notification of your order and thar your payment for the report is being processed. (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM GMT).
• Working days exclude UK public holidays and periods when the store is closed for scheduled time away or personal holidays.
Payments and Merchant services.
All payment / merchant functions are managed by PayPal Limited or Stripe.
