Each report is bespoke and uniquely created for the individual based on the questions and information provided during the checkout process. As such, we are unable to offer refunds except in cases where we are responsible for a mistake in creating the report.

Important Notes:

• Each report is customized specifically for you and is based on the information you provide during checkout.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information submitted is accurate and complete to avoid delays or errors in the report creation process.
• Refunds are not available unless an error has been made by Le Lapin Blanc Club in the creation of your report.
